1. General Terms

6. User Obligations

8.1 Closure by bs9991

In the event of a closure initiated by bs9991 for reasons other than a breach by the member, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the bs9991 platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion directly from their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours through to permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.
